The picture don't give it justice and in person it is more navy blue than what you see in the picture. The pros about it are the velvet is super soft, the couch is not hard but soft enough to be comfortable, the style is very classy and the pillows are gorgeous, soft and well made! My husband put it together in 30 minutes which is awesome!!!!!The cons are my husband is 6'1 and I'm 5'4 and he thinks its too small for him which I kindof agree. The couch sits very low so I have to change out the legs and get taller ones. The size of the couch is smaller than what I expected so now I know I do need the loveseat but unfortunately the blue color is not available. Ughhh. I really hope they bring it back!!! The back part is low so it doesn't support your neck or head for me and I'm 5'4. If you have dogs and they shed Do Not get a velvet couch!! I knew about this before buying it and my dog don't shed a lot but I know a little will get on it and I just have to use a lint roller.Overall, it is a very classy, beautiful, well made couch however it is smaller than what I expected and sits really low. When I change the legs, it will be great for me and my poor husband will just have to deal with it lol. Thank God we have an ottoman so he can stretch out his legs out. Lol. I got the ottoman on amazon from another company for like around $120+ and it matches it perfectly and so soft.The black leather couch on the side is our old couch and we are about to get rid of it but as you see the blue couch seat is shorter than the black couch.October 2018:I was able to buy the blue loveseat but its still in the box so once we put it together I will let you know if it came with no marks, not broken, etc...Update Feb 2019I am still in love with my sofa and the loveseat is PERFECT!!!! NO MARKS OR SCRATCHES! Just perfect. I get so many compliments because it's so classy! Now, if you are really tall then you may feel like it's too small. My husband is 6 ft and think it's kindof small but then again he have said a few times the couch feels so good lol. So, should you buy it Yes/No.Yes because it's so beautiful and it feels amazing!!!!!!No, if you are super tall and/or looking for a large sofa or loveseat. This is not the type to spread out to take a nap, only if you are short like me (5'4).Hope this helps!!
