Let me tell you a story. I have possibly the worlds toughest toddler and this couch lasted him 3 years before he finally berated it to its final resting place. It put up quite the fight. My son has spoon, open cup and potty trained on this couch. I have sprayed it off with the hose in the backyard and let it dry in the sun and it has always returned to its perfect foux denim state. My son has learned the art of balancing by placing the couch on its back and leaning o to the upright seat until he mastered balancing on just the corner of the couch before inevitability leaning too far forward and smashing his face into the carpet for the 47th time this afternoon. Do I stop him? Look I tried he's 3.5 feet tall and 55lbs of brute strength and I can't hurt him by trying to stop him from hurting him. You learn to pick your battles and this was not one of them. Speaking of brute strenght the couch is light weight enough that he can easily move this couch around our living room its feet are smooth wood so not damaging to the carpet. He has thrown this couch across the same living room during a tantrum over his food being cut the wrong way ?. He launched it a good 6 feet, it hit the wall and smashed into the floor. The couch is solid. Once he found out he could throw it game over! That was his new favorite ball. He has flipped it on every side and stood, jumped and sat on in every way imaginable and several I still can't comprehend. And after 3 years of this steady abuse the couch's last fight was lost due to the nails who held on admirably through many trials finally gave out and the back separated from the seat. The fabric though due for a cleaning was not torn or worn and the couch given to a more gentle natured child would last through childhood and could easily be passed onto the next sibling or what have you. Buy the couch its worth it and man did he love that couch to death.My 1 & 5 year old girls absolutely love this couch!! It’s in our living room and that’s where the girls usually sit to watch TV!! It even came with little furry couch pillows!!Ordered 2 of these for my classroom library area. My students love them. I ordered 1 and realized it was smaller than I thought. But ordered a second one. My students love going into the library area to read and sit on these sofas.My kids love the sofa yet I bought it for my cat. It’s too small for my cat or he’s too fat?Its a light weight wide couch for my son I loved it. Looks really good quality. The only thing is one of bottom leg came off easily. so now if we move the couch it comes off.For my doll collection. But, well made and sturdy for live kids. I have a small dog and a cat that were not interested in it AT ALL. Very cool. I love it. Just one of those little things just for you, because it makes you happy.We love this couch. I have 14 month old twins who are constantly trying to sit on our couch (which is too high) so this was perfect! We do have to remind them to sit on their butts. They have taken “spills” off this couch and have been just fine! Highly recommend!!!Ok so I do have kids but there big, I bought this for my dogs!! I was looking at couches for dogs and they were soooo over priced and not even that nice. This works perfect, the small dog is a chihuahua and obviously fits and the second dog is my 3 legged (mixed with everything) medium sized dog who also fits on here. They love it and maybe it will keep them off of my couch a little bit cuz they always take up all the space!?It’s light weight but seems pretty sturdy and fits in my living room perfectMy son loves this! Warning though: my husband isn't a gentle sitter so when I told him to try, he plopped down and sadly something snapped. All seems fine but there is a small bit on the underside that clearly poked through - I think it was what served as a separater for having two kids on it. Anyways, love it but don't let aggressive sitters near it! *face palm*arrived on timePerfect! I've been looking for a child couch with a wood frame for 2 years now! I couldn't be happier, and the decorative pillows are such a cute touch. I have already recommended to my mom friends.you cant beat the price, but could use little more padding, three year old only used it for.a.couple of weeks,.it s already has visible dent (butt curve)Outstanding quality!
