Arrived with no plastic interior packaging, and due to rain soaking wet inside. After drying out and assembly, had to bend several components back into shape. Sat on it one time, dent mark on cushion (150lb person). Cushions short of width of frame. Pillows were a joke. For the price, I had very low expectations. This product was just bad enough to disappoint those expectations.
