Very disappointed in this couch. The cushion with the drink holder is too wide to screw into the back of the couch, leaving metal arms that just fold up, and could easily pinch my kids, if they aren’t careful. They sent a replacement pillow, but it’s exactly the same. Ironically, it’s the only pillow, though, that looks good from the front. The two pillows on each side lack so much stuffing that they sag like a limp noodle, due to the contraption inside that is supposed to make it look “tufted.” Also, they are held onto the back of the couch with VELCRO. Something that is definitely not advertised. The pillows are so thin, and the Velcro is so strong, that it’s already caused a rip in the fabric, where it attaches to the couch. It’s also embarrassing, when friends sit on the couch and hear the Velcro. The cushions on the chaise are a little thicker, but are definitely NOT tufted, making the inconsistency in the couch cushions annoying and not pretty.Upon closer inspection, every detail about this couch is thrown together and cheap cheap cheap. The drink holders come out easily and inside looks like someone cut holes and stapled the fabric in a circle. The screws in the arms that are SUPPOSED to attach to the couch, are barely screwed in and it’s obvious whoever made it, was in a hurry, or hates his job. If it wouldn’t cost me hundreds of dollars to send this stupid couch back, that apparently doesn’t have an actual drink holder/cushion that fits it, as advertised, I’d have it in the mail tomorrow.I was given $100 refund for $1000 I spent on this couch, after delivery, and still have no cushion/drink holder, when the cushion was the selling point for me, out of so many other choices that I could’ve made. The support was apparently a robot and I’m still trying to make the robot understand that the replacement cushion is also defective.Also, the ottoman came broken as well. Luckily, the replacement actually looks good ⭐️Buy LOCAL!
