Hydeline Bella 100% Genuine Leather Sofa and Loveseat Set in Rich Cognac Brown - Perfect for Living Room, Lounge & Home Theater Seating

Our local furniture store quoted 8-18 months for the custom-covered couches we wanted & and they were non-responsive to questions unless you were standing right in front of them in the store. (It’s 2022, email is an accepted form of communication!) I was resigned to getting some high-quality vintage pieces reupholstered locally when Prime Day came. Skepticism on high, I searched. Enter Hydeline. Loooked good, gave great specs on Amazon and in manufacturing (on their own web page). Did my usual google deep dive for negative reviews - I only found a handful, and those were because of delivery time/setup-related issues. Sent my research to level-headed husb hoping he would talk me out of the lunacy of throwing down $4K on a sectional I had never seen via AMAZON. He decided my research was solid & they have 30-day returns, so I crossed my fingers and hit the BUY button. The expected shipping of 1-3 weeks was awesome. The next day, Hydeline rep called to give me the shipper info. She followed up by email a couple days later to let me know it would arrive the next week. Two days before arrival, shippers called to give me a delivery window (which they nailed). Took them 10 mins total to set up in my room. Size & color are exactly as stated. We got truffle. You can request swatches from Hydeline if you like. Cushions are firm. Legs are high enough for my Roomba robot to easily vacuum under. The only downside I have at this time is that the room echos a bit now because the leather isn’t absorbing sound like our overstuffed upholstered couches did. But they won’t collect dust like the upholstered ones did, so I’m still putting this in the WIN column. Minor inconvenience- they don’t come with throw pillows. I’d rather choose my own, so not a deal-breaker for me. To summarize: never in my wildest dreams did I imagine myself buying a couch on Amazon, but Hydeline quality is equal to what is on offer at our better furniture stores- so far we are loving it. Time will tell if it holds up as well as the Sherrill sectional in our rec room. I will update this review if anything significant changes. Recommend!It's always a little scary to buy an expensive item like this online, but we are thrilled with our purchase. The sofa arrived several weeks earlier than we had expected and the white glove delivery was friendly and efficient. We love it!This is a very well mada sofa! I love it. It's perfect! The company was awesome in the delivery. They made sure all would go well with the delivery.This sofa and loveseat are absolutely gorgeous!! They are so well made, much heavier and more sturdy than any other sofa I’ve ever had, and the leather is thick and beautiful.Sadly, the furniture did not fit well in our room, so we had to return it, but there wasn’t anything wrong with the furniture itself, at all. And when we realized we had to return it, Hydeline was extremely courteous and helpful, and quickly scheduled a carrier to come pick it up. Everyone from customer service to the delivery and pick-up crew, were very professional, polite, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this furniture.We were hesitant to order a order a sofa and ottoman without trying them out in person. We are very happy with this sofa. The leather is great quality and the sofa is comfortable and beautiful. This sofa exceeds our expectations; we are happy that we got it. Sofas are out of stock locally due to supply chain problems (COVID). This sofa was delivered fast and before the expected date. About 10 days. The delivery went smoothly and the they were so helpful in bringing it into the house and placing it in the room. We highly recommend this sofa and want people to know how nice it is. We would buy it again.Purchased the Truffle three piece set and could not be happier. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were great. Unboxed and placed the furniture in our living room and removed the packaging. The leather on the furniture is definitely top quality, excellent color and very thick. Not the fake shiny kind you see on some furniture. The color is the same as the photos, but more beautiful in person. If you are on the fence I would recommend this 100%.It was difficult for me to decide to buy furniture online without actually seeing it. But once it arrived - I was very glad I chose it! The cognac color looks great, exactly what I wanted. It's comfortable too. The overall quality of the item is good, didn't notice a damage or something bad. I had a good experience, especially with a customer support. Will definitely buy from this seller again.The leather is soft and rich in color. It is very comfortable and well crafted.
