Hydeline Laguna 100% Genuine Leather Sofa and Loveseat Set in Taupe - Luxurious Living Room Furniture for Modern Homes & Apartments

I love these sofas. I got the couch, love seat and chair. The delivery was quick, and the guys bringing it inside and assembling them did a nice job. The leather quality is top notch. I really like that the bottom cushions are removable so I can rotate them around between couches and chair. I tend to sit on the same side, and my last couch got saggy on that side after 20 years of use. I'm hoping this set will last even longer. The cushions are firm, yet soft. It's super comfortable. It's pricy, but I'm a true believer that you get what you pay for.Our Laguna Sofa and Loveseat are Beautiful! Customer Service is top notch! And White Glove Delivery was Perfect!! Sooooo happy we went this route instead of ordering custom sofas and waiting "who knows how long?" to get them.Customer service was perfect! She answered all of our questions quickly, and sent multiple swatches of different sofas. The color of this one is a perfect match to the swatch received, and (at least on my monitor) Very Close to the swatch in the 6th picture... which is a little darker than the other pix. It is taupe as described, a warm gray. And in our room the grey really shows up and blends nicely with our brown chair and brown tables, without being too cool.Construction seems excellent! Very solid and heavy! And the leather is beautiful!The cushions are soft on top because of the feathers/down. But they are more on the firm side overall. They are perfect for us! I want to sit comfortably without sinking into a sofa and never getting back out!. And I'm sure they will likely loosen up some as the cushions break in and the leather stretches without being too soft later.The seats are deep, but the backs are fairly straight. So, we can push them closer to the wall and pick up walkway space without sacrificing seating. And the arms are much smaller than our old sofas. So we have much more seating room without being much wider overall. The backs are lower that our old ones too, which is nice. The old ones always pushed my head forward, and well... they just looked dated.Overall, I'd say the shape and size are perfect for us... We have more seating space than we had before, without having HUGE furniture! These are modern but classic, substantial but not huge. Very impressive addition to our family room!Note for hardwoods: The wooden legs have pressed in plastic caps. They are probably fine for carpet. But they are like ice on hardwoods! Nail in pads won't work to replace them since there is ~1/8"D hole drilled for the caps. But I found 4-packs of screw-in, non-skid feet at a local home improvement store. They were cheap, and worked perfectly! I did have to use self drilling wood screws that are 1.5" long since the holes drilled for the plastic caps are fairly deep. (The front legs weren't drilled as deeply as the back, so I probably could have used the 1" screws included with the feet for those. But I used my 1.5" screws for all.)Overall, I couldn't be happier! Perfect transaction and a much needed upgrade for our 15 year old leather sofa and loveseat!Love, love this couch...beautiful and the leather is fabulous!! It is one of the best couches, ever...The leather is soft and it looks well made. I had a real size restriction and this one did the trick. Had a lot of attempts at delivery in covid that were frustrating, but finally the warehouse got on it and it came thru nicely. The boys that ended up delivering it white glove helped move the old sofa so was happy about that. I will see how it wears but liking it so far. We added steel blue and white pillows to the taupe sofa and it brightens it quite a bit. The back pillows are attached but the bottom ones are independent. legs attach after delivery.I needed a leather ottoman to match my living room set. This was a perfect choice.Sofa is very nice and as expected but lightly built. Small arms. Very nice for living room, but might not be sturdy enough for constant use by kids. Delivery was 6 weeks late. Hydeline customer service is excellent, but delivery company was not forthcoming. The piece was held for weeks in a warehouse en route. The delivery company was uncommunicattive and vague.The otttoman came on time along with my chair and sofa. I'm really really happy with the ottoman. Looks good, just the right height. Bigger than a foot stool size ottoman.Furniture arrived in two weeks. Very nice, color is a dark warm brown. Very firm seating. We have only had furniture for a week, hope seating relaxes some. Excellent for the price.
